Iron Chef Morimoto's New York outpost (designed by Tadao Ando) is located underneath the Highline at the western end of Chelsea Market in the Meatpacking District. It consists of two levels centered around a cast in place concrete stair, a feature wall off LED lit bottles and exhibition kitchen. A draped canvas ceiling is suspended over a variety of seating areas, each with their own material palette. The lower level is organized around the main bar, with a cast resin top and second bottle feature wall.
