Brandon Padron is currently an Associate Director in the Retail Development group at Lucid Motors, leading the global design team responsible for developing facility brand standards and the design activities for the rollout of new retail and service locations.

Prior to starting at Lucid in 2019, Brandon practiced independently and was an Associate Partner at Foster + Partners in Cupertino, CA where he spent five years as part of the on-site architectural team that designed the Apple Park campus. Notable previous experience also includes five years as a Project Lead at Adjaye Associates in New York, where he was involved in the design of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History & Culture on the Washington Mall.

Brandon has a Bachelors in Architecture from Cornell University, and Masters in Architecture from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design.

When not working, he enjoys grilling and baking bread for his two kids, messing around in his wood shop, and traveling.
