This prime location is in the Meatpacking District off of 9th Ave. This location had to content with Landmarks approvals on signage, as well as highly constrained low ceiling conditions that drove a chilled water based HVAC system to minimize ducting and maximizing ceiling heights. It is one of the early locations with video wall integration in the stone feature wall.
